PHILOSOPHY OF THE HOME
The THREE TREES provides highly individualised full time residential and day care services and aims to assist the development of our clients in a relaxed, friendly and homely setting.
Great emphasis is placed on providing a homely, caring and loving atmosphere in which all of the clients can enjoy their fundamental right to self-determination and individuality. Individual cultural and religious beliefs are respected and our key worker system helps all of the clients to develop the best of their potential.
Clients receiving full residential and day care services are given every opportunity to develop their skills and acquire new ones. Clients are encouraged to become involved in their individual care plans and assessments. In addition to formal reviews, informal reviews take place at regular intervals, and residents are encouraged to involve relatives, friends, and their key workers in developing their potential.
Staff at the home work closely with the clients, their families and other professionals to provide a total package of care. The home has ongoing staff training and Quality Assurance systems to monitor, review and improve all aspects of the services being offered.
